Trance states are very common in everyday situations where your eyes are fully open. If you have ever been in a situation where someone is trying to get your attention, whilst you are daydreaming, by waving their hand in front of your face, then you have experienced the hypnotic state! You simply used it to enjoy your imagination. Here we are going to use it to make positive life changes!
Your eyes will remain open for the duration of the hypnosis, allowing full integration of the subliminal suggestions that will appear on your screen. However, if they do close you will still benefit from the session.
There are a number of ways that you are able to waken from your trance state. It is impossible to get stuck in the state of hypnosis. If your electricity fails, for example, you will do one of three things. Wake spontaneously when the connection with the therapy is broken, wake after a few moments due to boredom or completion of the set task or, if you are particularly tired, you will fall into a normal sleep and wake in the usual manner.
For those that may have fears of being stuck in trance, let me assure you that this simply can not happen. It such extreme cases the individual is only able to maintain the trance state for a limited time.
